Hello Park Hills! Your February newsletter is here! Punsxutawney Phil beat me to the punch and has predicted 6 more weeks of winter. The good news?… He’s only right 35% of the time. I’m predicting that Spring (and golf weather) is right around the corner.
There are plenty of opportunities to dine with us in February. One notable absence is a Valentines Day special. There are quite a few events around town and we encourage you to spread the love! We’ll make it up to you with our 2/22 BBQ Buffet! Tiffany’s Sunday buffets do not disappoint, so don’t miss it. Our regular menu is always available, as long as the clubhouse is open so is the kitchen.
We’re hoping for a full house on February 19th. Greenbacks After Prom is hosting a casino night fundraiser. The suggested donation is $20 and it goes to a great cause! Don’t forget your lucky duds.
In the clubhouse, you might have noticed a few small updates, and we have a couple more projects that we’ll be working on in the coming months. We’ve also added a large screen television in the ballroom for events, golf tournaments, and conferences. We used it the other night for our trivia social! In the kitchen, we switched our fryers from vegetable oils to beef tallow. We’re excited about the improvement that’s had on our fried offerings.
On the course, Matt has been working through some winter repairs and landscaping as the weather allows. As things warm up, we have a couple big projects slated that we’ll be able to announce soon. There will also be some new trees planted in the near future for memorials and course improvement.
