January Newsletter, Park Hills!
Happy New Year Park Hills!! December was wild and we’re taking a short break for some clubhouse TLC before we open the doors up to 2026. We’ll re-open January 6th, and there are quite a few opportunities to come dine with us!

In our last newsletter, we mentioned Santa was stopping by. Park Hills members must have been pretty good, because he left more than a couple mulligans under the tree! Read on to see what was under Park Hill’s Christmas tree…

We’ll start with a gift to our senior membership. We have studied adding a senior tier to our membership levels for a while. It’s incredibly difficult to balance the amount of play and range use, our membership structure, and the impact on our ability to keep the course and clubhouse in great condition. We deeply value our senior members and want to show that appreciation by offering a Senior Golf Membership for our members aged 75-84. This membership will run $145/month. To be eligible, you must document your birthday with Hallie. Membership levels are reviewed annually, so you will need to contact her when that special day hits! To our most loyal and long-term members, 85+… we want to give back to you as well by offering the Roundtable Membership. It’s effectively a Social & Swim membership ($50) with golf privileges. We’re not making any special requirements for these new senior membership tiers. All we ask is that you return the favor by being an ambassador for Park Hills. Recruit new members, bring an interested guest, patronize our restaurant, like and share our social media. Take a minute to encourage a new player or youth learning the game, and be courteous when the course is congested! Dining minimum does not change with these membership tiers. For the rest of our membership, there is a $5 credit in your stockings! All you need to do to redeem it is to go into your ForeUp account and complete all of your personal information by January 15th. We’ll pull a report the next day and add the credit to your account shortly after!

Reminder: Dining minimums go up to $50 starting this month. While most members hit this mark regularly (THANK YOU!), you still have an opportunity through January 15th to keep it at $40 for 2026. Make sure your credit card is active (not expired), and is linked for auto-pay. This is something that Hallie has to confirm, so a simple text or call can get you set up. January 15th is a hard deadline for this, so please don’t delay!

Park Hills continues to offer a Recruitment Promo. Bring in a new member, and the sponsoring member and the new member both get $20 off their dues every month through the calendar year, as long as the new member remains a member!

Notes from the course: Fall playing conditions have stretched well into winter, and these nice playing days will begin to play a toll on the course. So please, do us a favor and observe 90 degree fairway rules during the winter. Avoid repetitive cart traffic, and avoid hitting from areas that will require extensive rehabilitation. Limiting the course damage during the winter pays dividends for us in the Spring! If you notice something on the course that needs attention, stop by the shop or give us a call. Also, if you have range ball buckets or extra tokens… please return them! If not, we’ll send this fella after you.

Did you attend our NYE Gala? We had 100 special guests, and incredible meal, and it was an unforgettable night. There is no question that we’ll be hosting it again next year. February’s social is nothing but questions. Think you’ve got the answers? We’ll see you the 24th.

To close, we’d like to thank our membership for making 2025 so incredible. We’re bringing even more energy into 2026. See you at the Club! – Hallie and Brandon
